What I offer

Yoga for Private Individuals and Groups

Individual yoga sessions are available in the comfort of your own home. They’re tailored for you. Reasons why people chose a private one-to-one home practice are varied – for instance, to be introduced to yoga or to re-kindle their practice in a private setting before attending group sessions, because they like to be supported in developing or maintaining a home practice, or perhaps for a therapeutic purpose (e.g. managing anxiety or pain). Private sessions generally last 75 minutes, and are priced from $85 depending on location.

Group yoga sessions can be tailored to your requirements, and can be one-offs or scheduled regularly.  Maybe you’d like to provide a regular yoga slot for staff wellness at work, or you’re planning a one-off workplace wellbeing day… Perhaps you’re planning a hen party, corporate event, or you’d like to organise yoga sessions for a community you’re involved in…

For more information and pricing please contact me.

Hatha Yoga

In these weekly yoga sessions you’ll move through a series of asanas (postures) to stretch and strengthen your body, focus on your breath through awareness and pranayama (breathing techniques), and be guided through relaxations – so important for your overall wellbeing. I like to make yoga accessible to everyone, so the sessions are very democratic – I offer choices and options as we’re moving through the practice, so you can tailor it to your own body and needs. These sessions are a lovely way to take regular care of yourself, nurturing your body, mind and soul. You’ll be warmly welcomed whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while – beginners always welcome.

Hatha yoga sessions are offered at two venues – the beautiful Ranzau Studio in Hope, and in the lovely modern Church on the Hill Community Centre in Richmond. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please see the schedule for times. I offer the sessions in blocks of six at a cost of $84 for the block. Please contact me for current dates and availability. On Wednesday mornings a drop in option is also available – cost $16.

Relaxing Yoga

In these delicious sessions the emphasis is on relaxation.  You’ll tease out physical tension by moving through gentle asanas (postures) coordinating your breath with mindful awareness. You’ll invite your body to open in comfortably supported postures using props like bolsters, thick blankets and blocks (provided) – an opportunity to rest deeply. You’ll explore your breath and practice pranayama (breathing techniques) to encourage a sense of peace and relaxation into body, mind and soul. Choices are given throughout. These sessions are a lovely way to self-nurture, and are also ideal for stress management.

Practicing restorative yoga helps you to be in your parasympathetic nervous state – the mend and befriend state, essential for your body and mind to rebuild and replenish resources.

During 2026 I’m excited to be offering Relaxing Yoga workshops at intervals throughout the year. All welcome including beginners. Please contact me for upcoming dates and availability.

I also offer…

I’m delighted to offer regular seasonal yoga workshops. Inspired by the natural world and the changing seasons these workshops are an opportunity to explore your practice more deeply and give yourself some tender loving care through the beautiful combination of pranayama, asana, meditation, and accessible yoga philosophy. A great way to begin your weekend, held on occasional Saturday mornings throughout the year and lasting a couple of hours, these workshops are like a mini retreat. Expanding the workshops in 2026, in addition to these seasonal workshops I’m pleased to be offering restorative yoga workshops as well (please see Relaxing Yoga above). The cost of the workshops is $38.

Please contact me for more details about workshops.
