Sue Ransom Yoga

I would love to share yoga’s many benefits and gentle power with you…

Based in Tasman Bay, I offer weekly group yoga sessions, workshops held throughout the year, and private sessions for individuals and groups. I have a Diploma in Yoga Teaching IYTA (NZ), many years of teaching experience, and have practiced yoga my entire adult life. In my own ongoing yoga journey, I’m privileged to benefit from mentorship on the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program. The ancient practices of yoga are a beautiful way of gently nurturing yourself. I’d love to be part of your yoga journey.

Testimonials

“Sue is exactly what you expect a yoga teacher to be. Totally zenned, so calm and welcoming to students of all levels. Her classes have such a great flow that everything feels easy but you’re getting deeper into postures that you realise.”

“I started practicing yoga with Sue some four or fives years back with the view to improve my flexibility, I found that her classes not only did this but that I came away feeling  both energized and calm as well. I found her to be an intuitive teacher with each class varied and interesting. I now enjoy an improved posture, less aches and pains and always in a warm and welcoming environment. Thanks Sue.”
